Not so fast geocachers! This is a two stage letterbox hybrid geocache. You will need to figure out the substitution cipher first which will enable you to find the location that will lead you to the final cache location.

The first part of the puzzle is a simple substitution cipher. Find yourself a ROT encoder/decoder online and put in the letters only. Some decoders will give you a translation from ROT 0 to infinity. Only one translation, of course, will make sense. What you will uncover is a short 4-stanza poem. When you Google the poem you will discover that the poem is part of a very famous classic book. You will need to get a paper copy of the book or electronic version online. You will only need to read the first page; that is where the numbers in the cipher come into play. No math involved with this one. Once you decipher the code and arrive at the deciphered coordinates, you will need to look for "Tim". He is posted very close to the cache container. Please leave the stamp in the cache container! Good luck.
