Geocache Description:

THIS IS A NIGHT CACHE

Coordinates listed are the starting point for this Cache.

You will need a bright flashlight to find the clues. You will be walking on the desert floor and climbing some low hills and a mountain side. Wear good shoes and long pants. Be aware of the desert animals that prowl and hunt the desert at night. Watch what you pick up, it may bite.

You will need to find your way to the Mittry Lake area. When you get close, your GPS will come alive and take you to the starting point. Using a flashlight or the headlights of the vehicle, follow the RED &WHITE markers. Once you get to the parking spot, you will need to switch to bipedal power. Once again follow the RED &WHITE markers. Watch where you walk as you are in desert terrain and climbing hills with loose granite rock. Once you get between the desert sentinels, start looking for the container that holds the numbers to the CACHE location. Replace the container as you found it. Remember to bring a writing instrument and paper to record the numbers. Now all that is needed is to follow the arrow on the GPS. That will take you to the hidden spot where the cache can be found. It may take some looking as it is hidden well and at night almost impossible to see. Watch where you put your hands as the ankle biters could be there.
