From Thermi named the Thermaikos Gulf. The thermal baths are
20 km east of Thessaloniki in a verdant area of five hundred acres. Of particular interest are the archaeological site of three domed baths with exceptional design tile, marble parts as well as six individual outdoor marble baths.
