One of 15 caches on a 2 and 1/2 mile circular walk encompassing Lesingey Round.
This is a series of 15 caches, encompassing Lesingey Round a hillfort overlooking Penzance. It has been rumoured that this site was the original location of Castle Horneck a ‘wooden castle’. The big house under the hill is now known as Castle Horneck and is currently run as a youth hostel.
Please be aware that wellies will be needed for this cache due to location.
If you wish to do the Trewidden series you can carry on along the footpath to join it at no 2.
The walk is approximately 2 and ½ miles long but if you wish to do the Trewidden mini series as well please add another ½ hour.
There are places to park at Parc an Growes, Polgoon, Trewidden and Trereife business park.
Look out for some sneaky hides and a variety of cache containers.
