What a wonderful surprise that awaited us at the top of Cameron Mountain! The view was great.
We decided to place this container so that next year, when people attend the Cabin Fever Event, that they'll have a new cache to chase after. We set out from the cabin in Camden Hills State Park and went up Zeke's trail and onto the Cameron Mountain Trail. We weren't wearing snowshoes and there was some snow on the ground. It took us approximately an hour. Some people may want to try a different approach from Youngstown Road.
Take along a picnic and your camera. Although you can use the park to access this cache, it is on private property. The owners of the property have graciously given me permission to have the cache placed. Please be respectful of their beautiful spot they are willing to share with others.
