A Cache hidden as part of the celebrations of the 2012 Tasmanian Cache of the Year Event.
Firstly, there is plenty of area for young children to run around nearby, but probably not at the cache site.
This cache is in a extremely high muggle area, so stealth is a must for retreiving this cache. Being just off the Midlands highway between Hobart and Launceston and in the township of Campbell town this cache could be called the Cacher's Invisibility Test, how do you hide from the muggles.
Basically the cache is in plain site, depending on the direction you aproach it from.
