Collect some info.
Do a little math.
Find a small cache.

Go to the waypoint Q1 and record the year the Birds were recognized ABCD
Go to the waypoint Q2 and record the year the Bees were recognized EFGH
Add A+B+C+D = Y
Add E+F+G+H = Z
450 + Y = North decimal minutes
982 + Z = West decimal minutes
