The North Eton mill was completed in 1888 and was decommissioned late last century. There isn't much left at GZ apart from the stack. It's an interesting historic site that you can get up close to. You used to be able to climb inside and have a look from that perspective. You will see at GZ that it is now boarded up and only external views are available.
The last cache in this location was hidden in 2006 and was around until 2012 - hopefully this version will last at least that long. Kudos to Myra Howerd for a great cache. The old one was muggled a few times so this one will be a bit harder to find.
