Dear Prudence Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Ngaambul: As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it's been longer than 28 days since the last reviewer note. I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 28 days), just contact us (by email) once the cache is in place, and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it. Should you replace the cache after 28 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.

Geocache Description:

Dear Prudence, won't you come out to play?
Dear Prudence, greet the brand new day
the sun is up, the sky is blue
it's beautiful and so are you
Dear Prudence, won't you come out to play?

- Dear Prudence - The Beatles -

We drive past this gorgeous little park on the way to geodaughter2's friend's house. This friend often accompanies us on our expiditions and so I wanted to place a cache for her.

So, what to call it? geodaughter1 suggested Dear Prudence because of the lyrics whilst geodaughter2 and her friend wanted to call it "I knew you were trouble when you walked in". As tempting as it was, I decided it was more prudent to go with option 1.

The cache is a 500ml sistema container in the obvious spot.  I've placed this cache with kids in mind so it should be an easy find.  Original contents are a log, pen, a trackable I am moving on, a girls' bracelet and $5 for the first geoKID to find.

The park itself has an area of natural bush, a lake with resident ducks, picnic tables and a path around the lake which is great for bike riding.  I hope you can take the time to enjoy this lovely spot.
