Cache is not at the posted coordinates !!
But what is at the coordinates is something you will use to find the cache coordinates. You will use a part of what you find as a grid. Start from the left side top to bottom, this will be letters from A to T. From the top left to right, this will be numbers 1 to 10 So if I say B3 you will look 2 down from the top on the left and 3 in from the left to right, make sense?
