We have decided to return to the site we have used for the last three years. Many of you really liked this site, and the positive feedback from those in attendance was great.
There are many caches nearby, and more will be placed prior to the event.
There is a private fishing lake on site (a fee is payable) please make sure you have a rod licence if you intend to go fishing. The site is also ideally situated for easy access to both the Southdowns and the Sussex Coast

For those of you wishing to attend but not wanting to camp, there will be an off site meet at the nearby Bull Inn, Mock Bridge, London Road, Henfield, West Sussex, BN5 9AD from 12noon - 3pm on Saturday the 8th June 2013. This is also where we have had the off site part of the event for the last two years. The Log book will be at the pub during this time so that people can log the camping event by attending the off site meet. They have a large beer garden, and we also have the use of the room containing the skittle alley. A link to their website can be found here Can you please indicate on your log if you intend to attend the pub part of the event so I can let them know rough numbers for staffing.
Costs
The costs have been negotiated and have changed from past years. Our site fees this year will be the same as on their website but we do get a 10% discount.
Booking
Booking to be made direct to the site via their website booking form. Please make sure you put in the comments section that you are with the geocaching group.
When logging your intent to attend on this event page, can you please also state the number of adults, children and dogs and the nights that you will be camping. I shall be posting a table of attendees as I did last year and will update this regularly.
Other Info
BBQ's are permitted, but must be off the ground.
Fires .Permitted only in a safe container which must be raised from the ground (i.e. BBQs/firepits/firebowls) With all fires, including BBQs, always keep a bucket of water handy (bring your own bucket) Gathering of wood on the farm or in the local area strictly prohibited
