Geocache Description:

You're looking for a hidden film container that should be above the snow line, unless they pile up a bunch. Toonie for the FTF. BYOP

The building on the North East corner of John and Walnut is the Royal Canadian Legion, which used to be the Presbyterian Church. The building on the North West corner used to be a butcher shop and cold storage. When I was a kid, my mother rented a locker there, as it was long before we had our own refrigerator of freezer. It caught fire around the winter of 1977 early in the morning. I had to get the people in the two upstairs apartments out, before the smoke got too thick on the second floor. Almost got run over while directing traffic down Walnut Street so they wouldn't run over the fire hoses. A couple of cars were rubber necking instead of watching the road in front of them. While after telling you all about this, I better tell you that it has nothing to do with GZ, which is a little ways north of the intersection and is across and up from the legion. Should be a quick park and grab.
