Geocache Description:

Located on  the at the mouth of the Goulburn and Howqua Inlets. A boat will be needed to reach Rabbit Island. Relax in the the presence of the Lake Eildon National park. A good fishing spot in the trees or just sit back and enjoy the breeze.

One of Lake Eildon's Islands, a nice spot to stop and relax. Difficulty is rated four due to needing a boat to get to the Island. You may need to scramble up to the Island depending upon water level. Some light undergrowth surrounds the cache, which is less than 100m from the high water mark. Cache is a one litre canister camouflaged to suit surrounds. Contains log book, pencil and stickers and stones to swap. Watch out for snakes and biting insects and enjoy the serenity.
