Geocache Description:

As this is the first cache of HWCZA, I have tried to make it as easy as possible.  The very first treasure is also then a little die cast car, which I am 100% sure the FTFinder wil LOVE to add to their prized collection of found treasures!

The bridge on the River Touw is, as far as I know, one of the very few bridges in the world that is shared between a road and a railway crossing.  The Choo-Choo steam train used to cross this bridge on its route back and forth between George and Knysna.  Only one vehicle/train at a time is allowed, and I supppose goes without saying that steam trains usually have the right of way!

The cache is hidden underneath this bridge, on the Western side of the Touw river.  Look for the battered 'Touw River' board as in the pic below, and enter the thorn bushes there.  Be careful, it is a bit slippery (but luckily if you fall, it would be in the water). Be CAREFUL when putting your hand into dark corners below the bridge (snakes, spiders etc.), but you have to do it to find the box.  The cache is a tiny red coke top container hidden on one of the beams, in a small hole. Pop your head up between the beams, and look to the side. It should not be too difficult to find.
