This is part of my other (Baby) series caches in the Tenoroc Trail/Saddle Creek Park area. (IF YOU ATTEMPT EVERY CACHE IT'S A LITTLE OVER 7 MILES ROUND TRIP.)
◾This cache is located within the Tenoroc Fish Management Area. Visitors should be aware of seasonal hunting and must abide by all area regulations while on the area. Please visit http://myfwc.com/viewing/recreation/wmas/lead/Tenoroc for more information. PERMIT# GEO-47498
You start out in Saddle Creek Park, off of Highway 92. (If coming from Aurndale you'll make a right, a left if from Lakeland). Immediately you'll pass a Bait shop of your left. Follow road for 2 or 2.5 miles and make your 1st right. Follow this dirt road for 100 yards until you see the trailhead cutting into the woods on your left.
Park request a $3 honor system fee at an unmanned, gateless entry. (Please pay the fee).
There are 3 other (Baby) series caches in this area, before crossing Saddle Creek Rd. Once you cross the road there are 2 more (counting Baby Bass) caches. This one should be relatively easy to find. Seemed like a cool place for a cache. If you look in the still pool of water you should see roughly 2 dozen juvenile Large Mouth Bass. My guess is that this is a nursery of sorts that Tenoroc uses to supplement the lake system they have, since it's seemingly been constructed to be a place for fish to grow.
