Take Me To The River Traditional Cache
ryanclan: Took a quick look for this today and I'm pretty sure it's gone. The site conditions have changed enough that I probably won't be replacing it in the same location.

River Road City Park is a very popular place, especially in the Summer months, with the sprayground always a hit with the kids. There's also wide, paved paths, playground, shade trees, well maintained (seasonal) restrooms, large grass areas, soccer fields, picnic shelters and plenty of parking. If you forget any of your picnic supplies there's a Freddies right across the street.
Note: This is a replacement cache for Bubba Was Thirsty which grew legs and walked recently.
We often speak of muggles and while there will be plenty in the Park, this particular spot should have the fewest, however there can sometimes be a few transients in the area. We've hidden the cache in such a way that it should not be immediately visible to a curious pop can collector, but it really shouldn't take too long for a seasoned geocacher to spot. Please hide it the way you found it.
(Hint: Use the "winder" to help extract and replace the log book.)
Make sure you take a peek over the bank at the mighty Willamette before you leave. Happy geocaching and please be gentle with the ivy and other foliage nearby, as the neighbor values his privacy.
