Screwy Julius Mystery Cache

This is one of several caches that were placed for the "NoVAGO Winter Event: Groundhog Day at Glencarlyn" held on 02/02/2013. This cache is in an Arlington County park and only available during daylight hours. Night caching is expressly prohibited.

This cache was originally used as an Icebreaker cache at the event.

This cache is easily reached from either the Four Mile Run Trail or W&OD trail, both of which pass nearby. There is parking available nearby, and trails that will lead you close to the cache.

Should be an easy find, in a traditional place.
