One of our favorite parts about geocaching is watching our travel bugs and geocoins go from place to place. Occasionally a travel bug gets stalled in a cache so this challenge is designed to help move travel bugs and geocoins along.
Several trackables have been placed in the cache for:
1) First to find duing HAG9.
2) First person to find with 1000 trackables logged.
The coordinates at the top of the page are correct. Once you have completed the requirements you can go to the location and find the cache which is hidden off the ground. It should be a relatively easy find. The challenge may or may not be easy depending on your current caching circumstances and the number of trackables you have logged.
WHEN YOU DECIDE TO BEGIN THIS CHALLENGE a note needs to be posted by you on the cache page indicating your intent to begin. Your note should also indicate the number of trackables you have moved or discovered as noted in your user profile.
To log this cache you must meet the following two requirements:
1) Move at least 20 UNIQUE trackables from the time that you post a note (discovering a trackable does not count for this part)
2) Move or discover at least 1000 trackables as noted in your user profile.
Once you proclaim you are going to start you must move 20 TBs and ALSO have logged 1000 TBs. This one is harder but discoveries also count.
Anyone logging the cache after Mar 1, 2013 should have 1000 TB logged or should have at least 20 unique trackables which have been moved. The honour system comes into play with this one as there is no real way to check. I ahve left the update below for historical purposes.
UPDATE:
Now that HAG9 has come to a close this requirement to log has now been suspended. In order to log this cache you must meet the requirements listed above. The information listed below is only for historical purposes. Why is this a HAG9 cache?
There is one exception to the challenge requirements as a LIMITED TIME OFFER during HAG9. During HAG9 (Feb 2 to Feb 28, 2013) anyone can log the cache provided they move at least 60 UNIQUE trackables (discovering a trackable does not count). Cachers must still post a note to declare their intent to find the cache and include the current number of trackables moved or discoved in their user profile. (This part of the cache description will be deleted after HAG9.)
