To all members of GroundSpeak. I have received a very disturbing document from agents who, under great peril and sacrifice have delivered alarming news of the clandestine actions by CACHE. Proceed at your own risk! You must at any cost defeat the defending forces and obtain the log and report on your findings.
Note For some reason the property owner is aware and agreed to this concealment.

OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF CACHE
MEMORANDUM FOR SOC  January 30, 2013
SUBJECT: Required Report of Agent.

  1. (C) As required by the Senate oversight committee of CACHE (Creating Amazing Concealing Harebrained Enshroudments), This is a progress report of the activities of this agent.
     
  2. (S) History
    Since Nevada is having second thoughts about storing highly dangerous radioactive materials at the Yucca Mountain nuclear waste repository, a project has been authorized to find storage locations with the State of Washington. 

  3. (S) As the authorized agent of CACHE I am tasked to locate acceptable locations and develop and to deploy as many as needed to hide, err to safely (yea that’s the word) store our nations residual nuclear waste.

  4. (S) Therefore I am delighted to report to the Secretary, that I have selected my first storage site located at the coordinates listed above in a county in the State of Washington.

  5. (C) In addition, I have been given command of a vast army of advanced skilled group of highly trained specialized men and women to provide security for all selected storage sites.
     
  6. (S) The CACHE DEFENSE FORCE has been drawn from the:
    a. 201st Airborne
    b. Seal Team 5
    c. Homeland Security Forces
     
  7. (C) All member of this newly developed elite fighting defense force have the ability of protect our radioactive waste materials.
     
  8. These soldiers are willing to make the ultimate sacrifice, if needed. They are deployed and will defend at all cost the product of the CACHE.
     
  9. I am of the opinion that due to the commitment of these soldiers I am positive and happy to report that no one will be able to obtain the vital log.
