This should be a quick park and grab cache that is perfect for those looking for an easy smiley while passing through.
I spend many lunch breaks at Signal Hill and I wanted to hide a few caches on my way. I place a lot of my caches in places that I go to often because I always get a kick out of seeing other cachers looking for my hide. I've met many other cachers this way. There is nothing to conplicated about this cache, it's just a match stick container with some camo tape. It's not really big enough to hold anything other than the log. Please take care to not lose the o-ring so that the container remains water tight.
