Bonus: Should be quick and easy.

This will save you being hounded to buy plants. But feel free to do some shopping.
Please do NOT ask the staff for assistance as they have been instructed not to assist. The cache is only available during the opening hours of the establishment and is placed with permission.

Instructions
Park at the suggested parking point (outside the Nursery).
Make your way to the Published Coordinates: S29 47.636 E30 47.295
Here you will find a sign with three words on it.
Note the three words and take the alphabet position value of each letter (A=1, B=2, Z=26)
A = 1st word 2nd letter + 2nd word 2nd letter - third word 7th letter.
B = 2nd word 4th letter + 3rd word 1st letter
Stage 2 is at S29 47.(636-A) E30 47.(295-B)
At Stage 2 you will find the coordinates of the final location.
You will also find a final cache retrieval implement.
