To avoid the rain, the event is now happening on Sunday afternoon, not Saturday morning.
With the disappearance of the snow, it's time for CITO!
After checking a few of the local parks and walking trails and seeing they're in good condition, I decided to host a small CITO event to clean up the garbage around the carpool parking lot at Exit 13. Since it's a small area, it should not take a long time to accomplish, allowing for us to be done by lunch time. Garbage bags will be provided and a truck for taking the garbage away. Please bring your own work gloves since I won't have enough for everyone.
A trackable button tag is being considered for the Nova Scotia CITO events, so stay tuned for more information on that. There will be the usual log to sign and some "out"door prizes. Hope to see some people there!
In case of rain, the event will happen on Sunday, April 21 at 2:30p.m.
