Geocache Description:

A good gravel road in the ONF where the Florida Trail crosses and you can pull  off safely.  Dedicated to snowbirds and their southern friends.

Another fine piece of road work.  This Hwy is an internet of cement and asphalt, extending from the top of Michigan to nearly the southern tip of Florida.  It has 4 lanes at it's narrowest point.  The biggest city it goes through is Atlanta, GA.  It crosses 5 state lines  The DOT from all 6 states work on this highway night and day, to make it a better road for us to travel.  A new crop of orange barrels keep rolling off the truck and getting planted as the men in the reflector vests dodge and weave.  They have even put the lights out for you at night, brighter than Motel 6.
