On March 14th we will leave Germany by plane from the airport Düsseldorf and we will reach Dublin at 11:20 (Irish time). For the time in Ireland we planned to find some geocaches besides of sightseeing. On March 17th we will leave Dublin to travel back to Germany.
We would like to do a small event on our first evening on the "East Pier" of Dún Laoghaire to get in contact with local geocachers from Ireland and perhaps with other tourists.
The event is also a chance to exchange geocoins and/or TBs. It would be great to take some TBs for traveling with us to Germany. The plan is to meet you at the coordinates N53 17.578 W06 07.765 at 19:30 (Irish time).
After signing the logbook we would like to walk to the end of the east pier to iluminate the lighthouse with our flashlights for 5 til 10 minutes, but only if the weather is not to bad for a walk to the end of the pier.
There are several transport links to the eventcache. The pier can be reached from the Dun Laoghaire DART station, and the 7, 46a and 75 busses.
