Geocache Description:

A small cache hidden on Daccombe Hill, in the Barton area of Torquay

This is an easy to find cache about 2/3rds of the way down Daccombe Hill in a very obvious place.

This has been placed to incorporate other caches to make a nice large circular walk. It is just off the road so caution should be taken as cars do occasionally come along.

If you are doing this as a circular then you need to park near Jazz's Shortie, walk up the Hill towards Barton Hill Road (pick up Torbay Republic on the way) then down Daccombe Hill, look out for the caches placed on Orestone Road (Orestone Viewpoint 1&2), Willow Scramble (you could then pick up Willow Walk if you want a longer walk), Gateway to Nowhere, Poo! What A Stink, then into the field for the Rubbish series, then back to Jazz's Shortie.

You will need to park down in Daccombe and walk back up the hill if you are driving to this cache.

This cache is too small for any TBs, swappables etc.. there is a very small pencil but best to bring your own. You may want tweezers to extract log.

(I used to ride bareback down this hill to take the ponies back to their field and then walk up it back to Barton Stables, when I was about 6 upwards !! Everyone would know the owner as "Gran" if they ever went there.)
