Geocache Description:


The cache is NOT at the above coordinates. To find the actual coordinates, you will need to visit several points of interest on the UNLV campus. The waypoints below contain coordinates of where you need to go and what you need to find to complete the coordinates at each location.
 
Team CoolJamz has spent many years here so it will always have a special place in our hearts. We decided to do this because there are so many cool things to see on campus that many people probably don’t know about and we hope that this will put UNLV in a new light for you. Actually, as we were doing this puzzle we discovered so many more points of interest than we originally listed. Maybe if this one goes well, we’ll do a sequel. Maybe.
 
The parking waypoint is the S-lot (heh, if you combine that it makes slot). This is the only lot that you don’t need a parking permit. There are many other places to park around campus if you don’t mind feeding a meter or if you want to take your chances without a permit. But if you do that during class times, you will probably get a ticket. We’ve paid a fair few tickets in our days at UNLV so we know. Parking enforcement is serious business. Of course if you have a parking permit, you don’t have to worry about any of that.
 
If you start at the free parking, the entire trip and back is about 3 miles, if you go in the order here and do them all at once. Most of the locations are wheelchair friendly, but there are a couple that might not be and the actual cache location itself isn’t. We’ll keep that more in mind if we do another one.
 
Ok, so here we go! We didn’t want to completely spoil the locations you will be visiting, but we did include clues with the coordinates so you can be sure you are in the right place. Complete these coordinates using the clues in the waypoints below.
