Geocache Description:

This is the third cache from A&M Productions

Cache is visible from my window so I'll be watching 

The cache is situated at the old Stewart and Rowell's Comb Works which has been converted into a residential building

There is parking available in the car park in the flat car park and the Funeral Directors off Causewayend Road
