Jack's Creek Traditional Cache
Saratoga1102: Going to archive this one as I haven't been there for a long time and do not know if it is still active. With the sand dunes in the area and tides there is a chance this has long gone.

Jack's Creek is an inlet along the magnificent WA coastline south of Broome.
Jack's Creek is an inlet along the magnificent WA coastline south of Broome.
South of Jack's Creek is the Eco Beach Resort. We were staying here to do some Turtle conservation work as this 12km coastline is one of the areas the Flatback turtle comes to build it's nest and lay it's eggs.
During the wet season there are tides of approximateluy 10 metres. There is an abundance of wildlife in this area, including turtles, mantarays, crocodiles, birds, dingos, sand goannas and many others.
There is also great fishing in this area as well and is popular with the locals.
