Geocache Description:

Welcome to the El Dorado Trail. This series of caches are to encourage you to explore this fun area. Bring water, a snack and a friend. Please stay on the trails, except for the short distances that you may need to travel to retrieve a cache, and remove any trash you may find. Dogs will love this area, but there may be areas where they need to be on leash. Use your best judgement and be respectful of others. Please return cache as found. High muggle area. Thanks!

You could begin this portion of the trail by parking at the EDT parking lot on Missouri Flat Rd. This section (caches 17 - 25) is a continuation of the El Dorado Trail from Missouri Flat Rd to Main St in Placerville. This portion of the trail is paved in some portions that also has some fun exercise devices. As you approach Placerville your journey will become more wooded and closer to the freeway. Enjoy your journey and return cache as found (or better). Increased the difficulty after a few logs...
