Die Mühle von Ciaslat

Die Mühlen waren die ersten großen Erfindungen, um Getreide zu mahlen. Mit den Jahren wurde die Mühlen technisch verbessert. Damals funktionierten die Mühlen in Gröden mit Wasser. Fast alle Bauern in Gröden hatten eine Mühle. Die Bauern, die keine Mühle hatten, gingen zum Nachbarn und ließen sich das Getreide mahlen.
Es war auch ständig viel zu reparieren, zum Beispiel das Rad der Mühle, das Dach, die Wasserleitungen…
Jeder Bauer mahlte das Getreide 8-15 Tage, je nach der Menge an Getreide. Auch nachts wurde gemahlen. Das Mehl wurde dann in Säcken aufbewahrt.

I primi mulini sono stati grandi invenzioni per macinare il grano. Nel corso degli anni, il mulino è stato migliorato tecnicamente. A quel tempo i mulini in Val Gardena funzionarono con l'acqua. Quasi tutti gli agricoltori della Val Gardena avevano un mulino. I contadini, che non avevano un mulino, andarono dai vicini di casa a far macinare il grano.
C'era anche molto da riparare costantemente, come la ruota del mulino, il tetto, le tubature dell'acqua ...
Ciascun agricoltore macinava il grano per 8-15 giorni, a seconda della quantità di grano. Anche di notte, veniva macinato. La farina veniva poi conservata in sacchi.
