HMP Morecambe Traditional Cache
dooberry: I've gone back and checked and this is gone, much as you can't be seen from the splash park it's probably best not to cause any bother by replacing it again.

HMP would normally make me think of 'Her Majesty's Pleasure' (not from being there myself I should add!), however it has amused me to find many locally use it as an abbreviation for one of Morecambe's crown jewels, Happy Mount Park.
The cache is not in the park itself, but very close to the boundary on a footpath that leads to Hest Bank (and some existing caches in that direction) should you like a longer walk. If not, please take a little time to enjoy the beautiful park with plenty for all ages to do, even if it's just stop for a pot of tea!
The intention of this cache is not to be hard to find, but to place a cache large enough for a few swaps to be left, so please do just that and swap items in and out, as I've found it most disappointing for the children when we come across an empty cache.
There are a few spaces to park at the end of the path, but please be careful not to park in the 'residents only' area. I should also add that in this instance, HMP could easily stand for Horribly Muddy Path so depending on the weather, you might like to bring the wellies!
