On the small peninsula of Kavala are 3 things to see when you visit Kavala city.
The first one is the Acropoli of Kavala, a fortress that was builded in the 15th century. It is open for visitors as follow:
1/4 - 31/10 every day from 08:00 to 21:00
1/11 - 31/3 every day from 08:00 to 16:00
entrance fee 2 euro

The second one is the church of Panagia (Madonna). At that place was a nunnery that was destroyed and the only thing that
was left untill today is the steeple

The third one is the house of Mehmet Ali, the founder of the last Egyptian dynasty.

The cache
take a walk to the end of Kavalas peninsula to the lighthouse. On the right side beginns a stairway path that leads to the see.

Η μικρή χερσόνησος της Καβάλας έχει μεταξύ άλλων 3 πράγματα που αξίζουν να επισκεφθεί  κανείς όταν βρεθεί στην πόλη
Το πρώτο είναι η ακρόπολη. ένα κάστρο που χτίστηκε το 15ο αιώνα.

Το δεύτερο είναι η εκκλησία της Παναγίας. Χτισμένη στο σημείο που κάποτε υπήρχε ένα γυναικείο μοναστήρι από το οποίο σήμερα
σώζεται μόνο το καμπαναριό

Το τρίτο είναι το σπίτι του Μεχμέτ Αλί, του ιδρυτή της τελευταίας Αιγυπτιακής δυναστείας

Η κρύπτη
κάντε μια βόλτα μέχρι την άκρη στο φάρο. Από την δεξιά πλευρά αρχίζει ένα μονοπάτι με σκαλάκια που κατηφορίζει προς τη θάλασσα.
Απολαύστε την υπέροχη θέα και εγγράψτε την επίσκεψή σας στο log της κρύπτης.παρακαλώ να φέρετε στυλό/μολύβι
