Geocache Description:

This is a short multi along laira bridge, during which you will hopefully appreciate this wonderful piece of transport architecture, whih may Plymothians take for granted, and which has been standing since 1887.

The bridge opened in 1887 to carry the London and South Western Railway branch to Turnchapel. Later the Great Western Railway also had running powers over the bridge providing access to their Yealmpton Branch at Plymstock

Parking can be found in Embankment Lane, and also across the water in 'The Ride'

At the first stage you will find 2 plaques. You need to find the missing digits to these questions:

When was the Horsedrawn Tramway built  = ABCD

When did the Oreston - Turnchapel line close = 1EFG

The final cache can be found at N 50° CC.A C (D-C)   W 004° (A-G) F.  (F-C)  (D+A-C) D
