This container was part of a very thoughtful Christmas gift I received from One Bad Ant in 2012. All I initially received were the coordinates of where I needed to find the gift that "Santa's sneaky caching elves" had hidden. I like to think that this was a bit of a difficult laughter-filled hide for the Ants based on the story I got after I had found it. Apparently the Ants had parked further down our street so that their vehicle would not be recognized while they were hiding the gift. As Mrs Ant was walking toward our house she was forced to hide behind a neighbour's parked truck for a good while because we were coming in and out of the house loading up our vehicle with gifts and food to take to our family get-to-gether. When we finally stepped into our vehicle she beat a hasty retreat back to Mr Ant thinking they would wait until we were gone. And what did we do then? We made a quick u-turn and headed directly for them! Unnoticed by us, they zipped into our back lane and found our house where there was a perfect spot to hide the swag-loaded OBA-style geocache container. Later that evening after I got home I retrieved the gift at the coordinates given to me. When I opened up the plastic bag which was tied with a pretty bow of orange flagging (what else would one use for a caching inspired gift?) I was touched by the wonderful thoughtfulness of a friend. In its own way, this gift will keep on giving for a long time to come. Please be aware of the barbed wire in the area as well as the possibility of a slippery slope after rain or snow fall.
Congratulations to peaceguy, who is another friend, for the FTF
