Geocache Description:

The cache is located across Limestone Parkway from one of the entrances into the new development in the area.

In December 2012 Pacolet Milliken Enterprises, Inc. announced the development of New Holland Market, a new retail center to be located at the intersection of Jesse Jewell Parkway and Limestone Parkway in Gainesville, Ga. The center will have a 123,000 square foot Kroger Marketplace grocery store and 20,000 square feet of retail shop space. In addition, nine outparcels will be created on both sides of Jesse Jewell Parkway and 26 acres will be made development-ready for additional retail, medical office or multi-family use.

Pacolet Milliken claims that they are commitment to carefully steward the earth’s resources, and to better the communities in which it operates. New Holland Market will reflect this commitment by including bike racks, native plantings, recycling bins, and energy efficient materials. We’ll just have to wait to see.

Site work has begun and Kroger will open in the spring of 2014. Pacolet Milliken is the owner of New Holland Market. Carolina Holdings, Inc. will develop the property and act as the property manager and leasing agent.

The container has room for log book and a few swags. We started it off with a paracord lanyard, key chain and a FTF poker chip.

Congrats to bobemkat for FTF!!!!!!!
