Geocache Description:

Just a straight forward cache.  I got into geocaching a few years ago when I lived in Texas and then kind of lost interest for a while.  Well I'm back now and felt like putting one here in Eureka Springs.

Eureka Springs is a popular vacation destination here in Arkansas.  With its natural "healing" springs, shopping, local flavor, and scenic beauty it is a tough place to beat when it comes to vacation spots.  Believe it or not... next to Las Vegas more people get married in Eureka Springs than anywhere else in the United States.  Right near the hiding spot of the cache is what my wife and I have dubbed "the unofficial turnaround spot of Eureka Springs" because it is right on the outskirts of town where people seem to realize there is nothing else to see and then turn around and head back into town.  I live up in the house on the hill so several times a day I get to see people pull over and then turn around to go back the way they came.  :)
