Geocache Description:

I hate micro caches, but I liked this spot in Friendship Hts. Maryland.  This micro is near a well known landmark in Friendship Hts.

To Serve and  Protect


First off, I hate micro caches, but when I ordered these I thought they were bigger.  However, I do like this spot in Friendship Hts. and this seemed like a good use of these micros.  Located nearby is a statue of a police officer helping the citizens of Montgomery County.  It was erected in 2000 in honor of Col. James S. McAulliffe Sr. a resident of Friendship Hts. and a former Chief of Police for Montgomery County.
