Barneys Got Gas Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

The Rood Crew: unfortunately we've been unable to retrieve and reassemble this in the appropriate time. Barney will return in style, in a different locale and probably a different name. Darn utility workers!!!

Geocache Description:

Wander through the Arthur and Norah Breeden Park to find Barney's Got Gas.  You are looking for a small cache, not big enough for swaps.  BYO pencil.  Plenty of parking.  Please replace the cache carefully, the correct way up.  This is a high muggle area.  A great spot for a wander along the river with a number of geocaches close by.  Happy Hunting.

Barney's Got Gas is to commemorate the natural gas pipeline from Perth reaching Busselton on 27th May 1998.  Opened by the then Honorable Minister of Energy, Colin James Barnett, the current Premier of Western Australia.
A nice spot for a picnic lunch with table and chairs and a gas BBQ, thanks to Barney.
