The Final is best done with the little ones safely stowed in the cache recovery vehicle.

From the posted coordinates, go to N. 39 43.035 W. 77 30.544. From the first observation deck post S. of the NW corner post, project 276.16 degrees true for a distance of 9752 feet.
On a reasonably clear leafless day, GZ for the final is visible if you posses near elvish sight. For everyone else, binoculars might be helpful, but are not required.
