This neat little trail is located in the east royalty park.
I placed the caches while snowshoeing on a sunny winter day right after some new snowfall. It was so beautiful. Don’t rush there for the FTF, go there when the time is right! You will not be disappointed.
Many folks are using this trail and there is a bunch of bike enthusiasts that maintain it and also use it in the winter. So watch out for bikes and mugglers with their four legged friends.
Access the trail via Acadian Drive or Greenwood Drive. There is room for parking.
Greenwood Drive: Enter the trail at the end of the road, once you reach the Snake Eye Trail sign follow it. All the caches are on this trail except for one which will be on a side trail to your right. I would suggest you do this one on the way back, and then take the main trail back to your car.
Acadian Drive: Park your car before the bridge and cross the bridge. After a short walk you will see a trail going off the main road to the right into the woods. Follow it. There is an existing cache “Gas Stop” on this trail. Just follow the trail for the rest of the caches.
Have fun and enjoy this cache trail summer or winter.
