You have reached the trig and have magnificent views of the coastline.
When you first see the trig you are close to a track marker. The large pill container is at the base of a Kanuka tree about 6-8 metres from the marker. Please bring a pen and cover well as you leave.
Four easy caches on a new track which starts off King Road, Mangawhai. This track meets up with the main Brynderwyn ridge track at a trig station. The signed time is 80 minutes but we took less than an hour. Nice workout mostly up hill. The turn off from King road is easy to miss even though it has a sign (which is hard to see from the road!) so the parking coords will help. We have made the four caches easy to find as we believe those who put in the effort to climb the hills should not have to record a DNF. IN fact so easy by following the hints you wont need the GPS. Have a great walk.
