BUGGO49: I went to an Estate Sale a few weeks ago only to find that the Estate was that of the owner of the property that Clint's Birdie Huts was located on!! Upon further research, I found that both the owner and his wife were tragically killed in a head on collision just a couple of miles from their home!! Clint and his wife were the nicest people, it breaks my heart that their lives ended in such a tragic way.
The family has decided to sell the property and they have removed the geocache, so unfortunately I will have to Archive this popular cache. Thanks to all of you who purchased "Birdie Huts" from Clint while visiting the cache.
