Geocache Description:

SIXTH IN SERIES

silver micro with my favorite thing that I learned to xray

I've decided to "Log" my life in geocaches: a timeline, if you will. This themed series (called: of my life) will consist of 8 caches...and more as life goes by!

School of Medical Imaging (2009-2011)

I stayed at the bank for 4 more years after graduating from JTCC. What can you do with an Associate Degree? Squat. I was enjoying not having to go home to study and do homework. This was the first time in my life that I was not a student and it was great! Until the drama at work set in. The last 2 years at the bank were pure torture. I could not just up and quit because what else could I do?

Now that I was more mature, I looked back into taking xrays. I was very excited to get into the medical field. I love seeing things that we can not see with just our eyes - it's still unbelievable to me. Here is where I ate many lunches on the nice, cool days. Nearby is a field where the kid inside all of us played frisbee on our "recess" - LOL. There was 16 other xray students in this 18-month program. It was tough being in the same classroom, in the same seat, talking with the same teacher and classmates for 7-8 hours per day. That's why I would eat outside...and yes, I am the one who brought the frisbee and got the other "kids" to play. The youngest one in the class was 21 and the oldest was 56. We all got along for the most part.
