Wickham is home to approximately 2,000 residents and is located along the Pilbara coast line, around 65 kilometres from the regional centre of Karratha.
Situated within minutes of the Indian Ocean coastline, Wickham is just a short distance from Cape Lambert, one of Rio Tinto's three ports situated in the Pilbara. As Rio Tinto Iron Ore embarks on its expansion of the Cape Lambert port operations, Wickham town is poised for significant growth, as can be seen from the new buildings going up in the town.
