Geocache Description:

A basic traditional caché - well hidden close to a well known place World-wide, this cache can be a Park and grab for local cachers, easy to get to if your passing through Dubai from the airport on in transit even. This caché is placed in memorial of a well loved landmark here in Dubai, the famous "HRC" is now gone (no names please), that was torn down on the 1st of Febuary, 2013 after being abandoned since 2009 and a two year long petition to keep it standing!

This new caché is placed very close by their new home, in the center of the city - tourist, family friendly GZ has everything highly visible, food, parking, mugglers, easy to get to by all fellow Geographers.

Please use your logs (online) to share your stories of days gone past about memories of the OLD "HRC" here on the cache page for interest sake and prosperity! I only noticed the true Significance of this story today while researching and posting the hide on Geocaching.com.
