After seeing some advertising flags and signs for a well known Mandurah Icon, just before the access road here we decided to pull over to see what it was all about.
After buying a coffee at the nearby kiosk/cafe a customer hopped back into his car and commented to us that it was indeed an Oasis. Hence the Cache name.
For us in the Northern Suburbs of Perth this is indeed a great spot to stretch your legs on a southbound journey. Seems to be limited space if towing a full sized Caravan though, so all care. Camper Trailers should be okay particularly if it's not a major Long Weekend. 
There are toilets at the nearby cafe if you decide you need a coffee, Pie or cake, but strictly speaking not public restrooms unless you are buying something.
Cache itself is a small sistema with room for small trackables on the roadside verge.

Thanks for hunting for our cache. Please remember that there are only really 2 major rules in Geocaching. 1)You 'must' sign the log or leave your mark on the logbook and 2) then log online. Please do not log online if you have not signed the logbook, deletion of your online log may cause you embarassment! Remember to carry a pen or 3 with you at all times, or if desperate try resorting to charcoal as some ingenious previous finders have done. If really desperate email us with your sad tale and we will consider your 'evidence' in a private message to us. NO SPOILERS to be posted here.
