A cache located within Haddo Country Park. The cache is close to an area managed as a late summer flowering wildflower meadow. During August and September the whole area takes on a purple tinge due to the knapweed and scabious flowers amongst the grass. Haddo is a great place to spend a day with lots of good walks, a play area, dog exercise park and duck pond. There is a major refurbishment project starting in 2013 with many improvements and events planned by a new visitor services manager http://www.aberdeenshire.gov.uk/countryparks/locations/HaddoRegenerationProject.asp.
