The Edna Collins Bridge is rumored to be amongst one of the most haunted places in the Hoosier State. Known as the infant of covered bridges in Indiana, it was built in the early twentieth century and records indicate that the builder’s name was George Collins. The name behind the bridge was named for the daughter of James and Sarah Collins, who were a hard-working couple form Putnam County. The bridge was christened after the birth of their fourth child.
