Desi continutul caloric este net superior fata de alte fructe, caloriile continute de banane au avantajul de a fi aproape in totalitate lipsite de grasimi. Bananele sunt considerate a fi ideale pentru persoanele care doresc sa slabeasca sau sa-ti mentina greutatea, oferind organismului carbohidrati - principala sursa de energie, fibre, vitamina C, vitamina B6 si potasiu. Conform cercetatorilor, continutul bogat de potasiu al bananelor joaca un rol mai important in stabilizarea tensiunii arteriale decat restrictia consumului de sare, avand si atuul unui aport generos de magneziu, minerala care mentine constanta presiunea sangelui.

[RO] Locul de plecare in calatoria noastra se afla in Parcul Vasile Aaron. Parcul este situat in apropierea pietei agroalimentare Vasile Aaron si a Bazei Hipice. In parc se afla o biserica, un spatiu de joaca pentru copii si o adevarata sala de fitness in aer liber.

[EN] The place of departure for our journey is The Vasile Aaron Park. The park is located near the food market Vasile Aaron and near the Equestrian base. In the park there is a church, a playground for children and a real outdoor gym.
