Geocache Description:

In following with the rules of the travel bug I grabbed in a recent FTF, I have hidden a new cache and placed the TB inside for the next FTF victim (i.e. person).

Back in the economic hey-day, this land was parceled off and put up for sale to build residential housing.  You could buy a parcel and build your dream home on the land.  Years later, the prices have dropped, the parcels are still sub-divided, and the land is still bare.  Not a single foundation has been poured, no 2x4's around, not even a single nail to be found. I think one of the lots has been sold, but still nothing happening.  Therefore, this cache is potentially hidden in somebody's future backyard.  Could it be yours? The cache is currently hidden in Lot #10. A valuable corner lot with exceptional views of the Sierras sitting on .91 acres. I'm not sure what to expect in the backyard as the freeway bypass should be somewhere nearby. The question now becomes, what comes first? The first house being built here? Or the Carson City bypass finally being completed?

P.S.  Let the record show that I am not a professional realtor, nor have I ever played one on TV.  I do not have a financial stake in this or any of the surrounding land.  The container was placed for geocaching enjoyment only.
